1. Booking & Appointments

  • Bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or email from us.
  • Please ensure your vehicle is accessible at the agreed location and time.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel bookings in cases of severe weather, unsafe conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept cash, card, or approved digital payment methods.
  • Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, or location.
  • Any additional services requested on-site will be charged accordingly.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Failure to be present or provide vehicle access at the scheduled time may also result in a missed appointment charge.

4. Service Conditions

  • The vehicle must be parked in a safe, legal, and accessible location.
  • We cannot be held responsible for any pre-existing damage or defects.
  • Our team will always exercise care, but we recommend removing valuables from your vehicle before service.
  • Some stains, odours, or marks may not be completely removable depending on age or material.

5. Weather Policy

  • For the safety of our team and quality of results, services may be postponed during extreme weather conditions.
  • If this occurs, we’ll contact you to arrange a new appointment at no additional cost.

6. Liability

  • KOKO Mobile Car Wash is fully insured for public liability.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle’s mechanical and electrical systems (e.g., windows, locks) are in working order prior to service.
